He is our director.

With his many years of experience and enthusiasm for quality, he is the heart and soul of Fix Service.

He has several years of experience as a service technician, as well as a team leader in installation within the renovation sector.
He holds a skilled worker certificate as a glazier, specializing in window and glass façade construction.
He has a strong talent for efficient work organization and a keen eye for quality.

Hobbies: enjoys riding motorcycles and loves traveling across Europe on them
Fun fact: believes onion juice cures colds… and actually drinks it!

Reto: Year of construction 1991

Project Manager & Service Technician

Reto places great importance on quality and stands out as a motivating team player.

He has several years of experience as a project manager as well as a team leader in installation within the glass industry.
He has successfully completed his training as a certified carpenter (EFZ) and technical business specialist (EFZ).
With great skill, he motivates Christian and other team members. Quality, a sense of achievement, and teamwork are always at the center of his work.

Hobbies: riding motorcycles and exploring the mountains
Fun fact: No dog can escape his petting!

Fabienne: Year of construction 1992

She is our creative mind.

With her experience as a photographer and in the tourism industry, she is responsible for the photos and customer relations at Fix Service.

She has great talent in customer service and craftsmanship.
She also has extensive experience in administration and social media.

Hobbies: loves traveling, is passionate about animals and actively supports them, and enjoys riding motorcycles
Fun fact: she hates winter

Relocation from Niederhasli to Sihlquai in Zurich

Niederhasli, a picturesque municipality in the Zurich lowlands and part of the greater Zurich area, was an ideal location for building our company over many years. The quiet surroundings and solid infrastructure provided excellent conditions for our development.

With the continuous growth of Fix Service, the requirements for space, efficiency, and proximity to customers have increased. The new location at Sihlquai in Zurich offers more space, modern infrastructure, and optimized workflows.

The central location strengthens our customer proximity, improves accessibility, and creates ideal conditions for business development, strategic growth, and future expansion.

The dynamic district around Sihlquai combines an urban working environment with excellent transport connections and provides optimal conditions for the next phase of development for Fix Service.
