You can cancel your appointment up to two working days before by clicking the cancellation link on the confirmation email. If you do not show up, we will have to charge you for the trip. Don't worry! You will be automatically reminded of your appointment 48 hours in advance by SMS and email.
We are grateful if you use the online booking system: This saves our team a lot of manual work and you can also choose quickly and independently when you want your appointment.
